Fatty

We have the cutest baby ever! We like to call him fatty. The other day, when we were buying a new car seat for Josh, Spencer said, out of the blue, "We have to buy Josh a new car seat because he is so fat!" Guess Spencer listens to us more than we thought!

Having a Ball

Josh had lots of fun with a soft baseball. As you can hear in the video, Josh is noisy whether he's happy or sad. That's why the house is never quiet - he's always either happy or sad! (No in between with Josh!)

Escape!

It was a beautiful day outside. I had to clean the house most of the morning, but by the afternoon we were able to "escape" and play outside for a while. Spencer acted and probably felt like a caged animal set free! We took all of his balls outside and had fun kicking and throwing them. He used his arm as a bat and tried to hit the baseball. (Guess it's time to get him a soccer ball and a tee-ball set!)

Happy Morning

Josh was surprisingly happy this morning. He decided he wanted to stay up last night, have a late night snack, and watch Leno. (Must be taking after his uncle Kevin!) I, on the other hand, was not as chipper when I woke up. It's a good thing he's the world's cutest baby - sometimes it's the only thing he's got going for him right now!

Peek-a-boo!

Spencer is still Josh's favorite form of entertainment, as you can see. This can be good or bad, depending on the timing and Josh's mood. Fortunately, this was a good time!

Cause and Effect

A couple of weeks ago, during a Saturday morning pancake jamboree, Josh discovered cause and effect. He figured out that if he bucked the chair the juice in his bottle would move back and forth. I thought it was really cute!

Pickles!

Josh always seems to get fussy and want attention right when I start to make dinner. So last night I decided to distract him with a pickle spear. As you can see, it worked! He loved it and stripped two spears clean. Yummm!
