- If I had truly known the amount of poop I would have to deal with and clean off of every surface in the house (including myself) I would have thoroughly reconsidered this whole motherhood thing before having started.
- When Josh says he is all better, he is lying. Keep him in pull-ups and on a towel until you know for SURE that he is all better.
- The amount of poop that comes out of a child appears to be inversely proportional to their size. Seriously, Cole, I'm impressed.
- Buying Spot Shot (Professional Grade) Carpet Stain Remover in bulk at Sam's Club last week was one of the best purchases I have ever made, especially since my steam cleaner is in the repair shop.
- Flu season cannot be over soon enough.
I just talked to the pediatrician and she thinks the boys have the rotavirus. (I guess vaccines aren't 100% effective.) And it generally lasts 7-10 days. Lucky me!

NO! I swear we get that every year...no fair! There is almost nothing worse. Hang in girlfriend, drink a soda and eat some chocolate and try not to catch the bug yourself!
Rotavirus vaccine makes you get less sick - believe me. That is what Jase was hospitalized for around Easter time. He didn't get the vaccine because it was recalled. He had it really bad. The rest of us got it and it was not nearly as bad (but still not pleasant). Rotavirus is something you get infected with several times throughout life, but the first is usually the worst, so that is why the vaccine can make it less severe.
Hang in there - it isn't fun (especially with 2 kids at the same time).
Also - rotavirus can live on surfaces for up to 6 months - this is when bleach became our friend :)
