The Lafayette, Indiana winter weather forecast for 2008/2009 is as follows:
- No significant accumulation snowfalls. At all.
- That's it.
Why? Because the Madsens finally broke down and bought a snow thrower yesterday. Murphy's Law clearly says that now that we have invested the money and the space for the snow thrower we won't need to use it.

If all I needed to do, in order to stop snow, was buy one of those I would have invested in them YEARS ago!
