I've been wanting to make these Boston Cream Pie Minis for a while, and book group was the perfect excuse. They were actually really easy to make and super yummy.
Spencer and Josh did their part in helping get rid of the excess cream filling. :) Yum!
Spencer said something really funny when we finished the cupcakes. I didn't realize he was capable of such logic already!
Spencer: Daddy would like these.
Me: Yep, Daddy would really like these cupcakes.
Spencer: We will give him some?
Me: Yep.
Spencer: He can have some, but he can't have lots. Oh no! He would eat them all and ruin your party!
Me: He won't eat them all.
Spencer: No, he can't eat them all. Just a few.
It cracks me up that he knew that if Lance ate all of my cupcakes it would ruin my party. Spencer is one smart cookie!
