Cole vs. Alaska

An actual conversation that occurred while I was making dinner this evening. (Waffles, BTW. Delish.)

Josh: Mommy, is Alaska the biggest state?

Cole: NO. It's Texas! Texas is bigger!

Me: Actually, it's Alaska. It's the biggest.

Cole: WHAT?!?! NO! Stupid Alaska! We all hate you!

Me: I'm assuming you mean the state and not me.

Cole: What?

Josh (talking to Cole): See? I told you!

Cole: Is Alaska the oldest state? It's the oldest.

Me: No. It's not the oldest. It is the COLDEST, though! Hah!

Cole: STUPID ALASKA.

And that's how Alaska got onto Cole's hit list. Watch out. That super villain  kid now has it in for you.
