Apparently we have done something to greatly offend the landscaping gods. It is taking us FOREVER to get anything accomplished! And it's not for lack of planning or because the kids are in the way. It's more bad luck and uncooperative weather. Curses! On Monday we had Mt.
Madsen delivered. We were going to work on moving all of the dirt to the backyard this week and then lay the sod on Friday or Saturday. But it rained hard yesterday, so the back yard is now a mud pit and Mt. Madsen is pretty heavy, too. So our plan now is to have a dirt moving blitz on Saturday with some friends and a bunch of wheel barrows and shovels. Then (weather and bogus deity permitting) we will lay the sod towards the end of next week. This project has completely worn out its welcome.

Mt. Madsen looks like about 400 wheel barrels full. Sorry I can't be there to help.
SO CUTE! I love the photos of Josh eating his waffles. He really is a cute kid. Pretty much looks like a teddy bear. :)
