Scene: We're driving home in the van after a rather uneventful trip to the Wal-Marts. The theme song for Spongebob Squarepants as sung by Avril Levine is on the radio. (Yeah, I know.)
Me: Boys, what do you want for lunch today?
*Silence*
Me: Boys?
*Silence*
Me: Boys!
Joshie: Quiet, Mommy! I'm concentwaiting.
Me (trying not let him see my grin in the mirror): Oh. Excuuuuse me!
Joshie: Dat's okay.
Notice I didn't ask what he was concentrating on. Some things are just better left unsaid.
