Mystery Scat

For the past few summers we have had mystery poop show up on our porch. It shows up in each corner.

I'm pretty sure that it's coming from the ceiling, because some of it is on the walls, stuck in spider webs and such.

Anyone have any ideas?  I've never seen any pests or anything.  So weird.
